Check the software stack →You are already paying for useful features, but the setup and training never quite happened.
See what your tools can do →Everyone completes the same work differently, which creates rework, delays and avoidable mistakes.
Work out what comes first →Responsibilities, training and follow-up rely too much on memory or one person knowing the answer.
Open the People Hub →Your website, Google Business Profile or Shopify path is making trust or contact harder than it should be.

I’ve spent more than 10 years in retail management and multi-site operations, including team leadership, profit-and-loss review and the day-to-day decisions that keep a business moving. My experience also covers contact centre management, customer experience and practical process improvement.
I’ve worked with Salesforce, retail point-of-sale systems, Shopify, online customer journeys and Facebook and Meta tools for marketing and digital presence. I don’t have a business degree. A lot of the learning has come from using AI, keeping up with current technology and doing the research available online. Then I get my hands dirty and learn what actually works. Sometimes that is the best way to understand a system properly.
The sensible questions before you hand your business problems to some bloke on the internet.
I help untangle messy processes, repetitive admin, disconnected software, unclear roles, inconsistent training and online setup. That might mean improving the tool you already use, creating a clear SOP, connecting systems, building a simple automation, setting up AI for real work or finding a missed follow-up or revenue opportunity.
No—and please don’t buy another bit of software just because somebody on TikTok said it would change your life. Tell me what keeps going wrong or wasting time. I’ll help work out whether the answer is software, process, training, automation or something much simpler.
Yes. Replacing everything is usually unnecessary and expensive. I can help clean up your current setup, improve how the tools connect, simplify the way your team uses them and show people what they actually need to know.
No. You might have a team of 15, one casual who works Tuesdays, or just an ABN and no clear idea where to begin. The advice should suit the size and reality of your business—not pretend you’re running a multinational.
Yes. I can help with practical website setup, Google Business Profile, Shopify and the basic online systems around your business. The goal is something useful, manageable and easy for customers to understand—not an overpriced digital monument.
Yes. The first step is understanding what is actually happening. If the problem needs a different specialist, formal advice or a solution outside my lane, I’ll say so plainly.
You fill in the short form and tell me what’s happening. I’ll review the situation, identify practical gaps or opportunities and come back with a sensible place to start. There is no drawn-out sales process, huge consulting commitment or pressure to buy something you do not need.
Share what is happening and I’ll point you to the quickest useful fix, whether that is a free tool, a cleanup, automation or hands-on setup.
